1. What is your print & ship time?

Please refer to each product for specifc turnaround times for printing. On average printing takes ~4 business days from the time the order was submitted. The daily cutoff time for orders is 11am EST. Please note, our turnaround times are not a guarantee. From time to time, production/shipping issues can arise which could cause slight delays with your order.

2. Shipping

All our orders are shipped through UPS (UPS Standard service). On average UPS standard service shipping takes 1-5 business days depening on your location within North America.

3. What types of files do you accept?

We highly recommend files to be high resolution PDF files. However we also accept, JPG, BMP, EPS, GIF, PNG, and TIF files. Please ensure the resolution of all images are at least 300 DPI to ensure the best quality print.

4. What is bleed?

Bleed is a printing term that refers to printing that goes beyond the edge of the sheet after trimming. The bleed is the part on the side of your document that gives the printer that small amount of space to move around paper and design inconsistencies. Failing to provide bleed space can result in finished pieces showing a thin area of white on the edge. Minimum 0.25" total bleed (0.125" for each side) is required for all uploaded designs.

5. What is resolution?

Image resolution describes the detail an image holds. The term applies equally to digital images, film images, and other types of images. Higher resolution means more image detail. Images should be 200 - 300 dpi.

6. Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?

If the job has not gone to printing, changes can be made. Please contact support if you require changes to a job.
